It comes standard for an 8'-10' ceiling with hardware pack for use on carpeted floors. If you are going to use this on a hardwood floor (or other non-carpeted floor), you will need to also purchase the Non-skid Floor Pad.

By working at home you can learn at your own pace when it fits into your schedule. Take the EXOTICISE Instructor training course and whether you are an experienced dancer, fitness instructor, or just want to try something new, you can learn to teach Exoticise.

* Please note to complete this certification you must attend a 2-Day workshop with a master instructor. If there is not a Master Instructor in your area, you may travel to one or arrange to have one come to you!

My Sexy Little Pole!

If you have a ceiling between 7.5 and 8.5 feet and don't mind putting a little hole in the ceiling, this is the pole for you!

The instructional DVD is taught by Kate and Symone, and they are professional pole dancing instructors. They will teach pole dancing moves and routines in a step-by-step methodology, as taught during a 4 week course!

You will learn an introduction to beginner and advanced routines, detailed pole dancing isolation moves, important warm up tips and techniques, detailed dance tips, techniques and diagrams, and dance routines. You will also learn great make-up, dress and costume tips, and etiquette!

They will also cover seduction by showing you sexy and seductive pole dancing moves, increasing self confidence, improve your body image, and it brings the romance back into the home.

It is also a great fitness workout. It improves tone and body shaping, increases your flexibility, aerobic cardio strengthening, and it strengthens and tightens the tummy, back and butt!

The latest generation Chrome X-Pole Sets, which contain all the parts needed for dance pole from 7'4" (88" or 2235mm) to 9' (108" or 2745mm), now include 2 Nylon carry cases, any insert case and a tool wallet at no extra cost. One case is used for the pole tubes and the second for the base and upper support.
